Some argue that time delays are just the norm with projects, and too often these delays result in contract variations, cost increases and sometimes contractual disputes. However, others challenge this, including guest speaker Grant Axman-Friend.
Grant provides a delay claim expert’s perspective on how project managers and contract administrators can better manage time programs and the assessment of delay and disruption claims.
