ABOUT CORE PROJECT ADVISORY

Our Core business is focused on Project Advisory and Project Management. We strive to understand the business and project requirements of all our Clients and we understand the need to be both strategic and pragmatic to achieve real project outcomes and benefits.

We are based in South-East Queensland with three offices across the region; though predominantly Queensland focused, we operate throughout Australia and south-east Asia. Being a boutique firm with extensive experience and an in-depth knowledge of project advisory, gives us the ability to respond quickly to our Core Client’s needs.

Our Core team is made up of passionate and talented consultants who enjoy a healthy work-life balance and pride themselves on building successful relationships with our Clients.

MEET THE TEAM

Grant Axman-Friend

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Grant is Managing Director and Project Director of Core Project Advisory. He has over 20 years industry experience in the planning and delivery of major infrastructure and building projects throughout Queensland and Western Australia. His experience is often called upon to provide expert advice with regard to disputes on project delays and to undertake project and gateway reviews and audits. Grant is a lecturer in project management and has an interest in ecological sustainable development.

Andy Wyer

DIRECTOR

Andy is a Director of Core Project Advisory and an experienced project and program manager with post-graduate qualifications in built environment and program management. He has a background in business management and holds QBCC open builder’s Project Management Services and Site Supervisor licenses. Andy has more than 20 years’ experience working across many industries and sectors and has delivered an award-winning program acknowledged by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
