8 March – International Women’s Day (IWD)

Core Project Advisory continues to support and encourage women working in the construction sector and project environment. We are aware of how crucial it is to assist women in construction to advance gender equality and diversity. In our experience, by increasing the number of women employed in construction and on projects the workplace becomes more inclusive, diversified, and favourable to making better decisions. Additionally, research has demonstrated that companies with gender-diverse teams typically perform better and are more innovative.
