The Core Project Advisory team were very privileged to host the Australian Institute of Project Management Sunshine Coast event in October. With Director, Dave Mason as the conveyor of the informative event and Grant Axman-Friend as the guest speaker, it was sure to be a hit!
Throughout the evening, Grant presented to a diverse audience that included representatives from local councils, public utility companies, developers, engineers, project managers and cost planners. With a delay claims expert’s perspective, the presentation covered how to manage, control and resolve extension of time claims, delays and schedule disputes.
With the real hands on advice and practical solutions, attendees were able to engage, relate and utilise these techniques in their own day to day work.
